Our Commitment

St. Philip Neri School, located in Joska, Machakos County, opened in 2013. We offer a nurturing, engaging, and globally minded environment from early years (age 3) through Primary and Junior School. Our curriculum is fully Competency‑Based (CBC), with Montessori‑guided kindergarten leading into PP1. We combine modern facilities (ICT labs, robotics, science labs, art studio, woodwork, music rooms) with a wide range of co‑curricular activities: chess, football, music, drama, martial arts, swimming, skating, ballet, journalism, scouting, environmental studies, World Scholars, and Copernicus Maths Olympiad.

• MPESA Paybill: 833877 – Account: CHILD'S NAME / ADMISSION NUMBER IF ENROLLED
• Bank Deposits: KCB (Gateway), Equity Bank (Lavington), NCBA (Upper Hill) – full account numbers in the PDF.

📌 Key Policies (Summarised)

• Fee deadline: Full payment by the 1st day of term.
• Early payment discount: 5% on tuition if paid before term opens.
• Family discounts: On tuition only – 2nd child 5%, 3rd child 10%, 4th child 20%, 5th & subsequent child 25% (subject to full payment that term).
• Caution fee: Refundable after deductions for lost/damaged property.
• Withdrawal: One term’s written notice required; otherwise, a full term’s fees are payable.
• Weekly boarding: Available on request, but boarding fee is billed as one unit.
• Paid‑up / signed‑up activities are billed separately from basic fees.
• Fees may be reviewed as necessary.
